While I am not sure who the actual cosplayer is under this mask, the mask itself was created by Matt Sprunger at Stage 1 Studios in Winter Park, FL with help from LuAndra Whitehurst and Robert Tuscani. The photography was done by the obviously talented Rich Johnson.
If you happen to know who the cosplayer is under the mask, please let us know in the comments below so we can give them the credit they deserve.
Once in a great while, I get the urge to play a little Diablo III and I recently had one of those urges hit me so a couple of weeks ago I finished yet another play through of Diablo III. It seems to get easier every time I play it but it is still a lot of fun and a good story. Well, speaking of Diablo III, I would say that judging by this amazing Demon Hunter cosplay, I am not the only one who still enjoys the game.
This stunning Diablo inspired female Demon Hunter cosplay pictured below was created by Tessa Kristine Cosplay. Perhaps the most amazing thing is that this is only her second cosplay! With as good as this looks, I would think that she is a veteran of the cosplay world.
Speaking of Demon Hunter cosplay, if you like this, you should check out the previous female Demon Hunter cosplay I posted about. And if that still isn’t enough for you, do a search for Diablo cosplay on the right to see all of the amazing Diablo cosplay I have posted about in the past.
While I have never had a run in with any myself, I have always heard a lot of stories about the Hell’s Angels motorcycle gang that make them seem like quite the scary bunch of dudes. And while I am sure I definitely don’t want them coming after me, I would be much more afraid of the Weeping Angels coming after me! At least with the Hell’s Angels, I wouldn’t have to worry about trying not to blink.
Speaking of the Weeping Angels and notorious biker gangs, the two have now been combined to make this awesome Weeping Angels biker club style t-shirt!
The amazing folks over at BustedTees are selling this Weeping Angels Biker Club t-shirt for only $20 (and normally if you sign up for their newsletter assuming you haven’t already, you can get a nice discount)! If you are a Doctor Who fan with attitude, this is definitely the shirt for you!
Join the brotherhood of the Weeping Angels and get this shirt now! Just remember the club motto, don’t blink!
At this point, I think you are all pretty familiar with my dislike of wearing things like rings because I feel they get in the way and are too restrictive, not to mention my fear of never being able to get them off once I get them on. However, I still enjoy looking at and posting about really cool rings that I happen to come across while I am browsing my favorite websites. Speaking of cool rings, I think I have found one that any fan of the Nintendo NES console will love! And yes, I know saying Nintendo NES is redundant but I feel like it is the style I want to write in for once so deal with it! 😛
Depending on how long you have been a reader here at Fanboy Fashion or my other site, Global Geek News, you may or may not know that I never leave the house without a hat and I grew up playing the Nintendo Entertainment System. Well, somebody has finally combined those two things and created a baseball cap style hat with an NES controller embroidered on it! I might not need a new hat since I just got a new God of War hat that I just started wearing but I think my next has is likely to be this cool NES Controller hat, something I would recommend for anybody else out there that also spent much of their lives with the NES!
The incredibly nerdy people over at SuperHeroStuff are selling this sweet grey Nintendo Entertainment System controller hat for just $21.99! The hat is a snapback hat so you can adjust it to fit your head which in my experience is a lot better than those hats with elastic (like my God of War cap of which I am on my third one because I love the design so much), which take no time to wear out and suddenly even the lightest gust of wind can steal the cap from your head like the playground bully you hated in school.
It has been many years since I have played Duck Hunt on the NES but I still have nightmares of that stupid dog mocking me whenever I missed the ducks. However, I think that dog would be a lot harder to hate if that dog was Snoopy and the bird I am hunting is Woodstock although why would I ever want to hunt Woodstock?! Well, if you like the idea of mixing the NES classic Duck Hunt with the classic cartoon Peanuts, then I think I have found a great mashup t-shirt for you!
The great folks over at BustedTees are selling this Snoop Hunt t-shirt for just $20! If you loved both Duck Hunt and Snoopy growing up like I did (and still do), then this is the shirt for you!
I have a feeling that if you get this shirt, you will get a lot of compliments from both Duck Hunt and Snoopy fans. I know whenever I wear one of my mashup t-shirts out that combines things like Star Wars with Donkey Kong or the Super Mario Bros with Doctor Who, I constantly have people giving me compliments on the cool shirts. If you like getting compliments from people, a shirt like this will definitely get them!
Now that fall is here, its time to start thinking about dressing a little more warmly unless you are crazy like me and still wear shorts well into single digit temperatures. While I can’t say I have ever been a hoodie person myself, if you like them and also have a love for Star Trek: The Next Generation, you are going to love this amazing uniform hoodie deal that lasts through today!
The lovable geeks over at ThinkGeek are selling these Star Trek: The Next Generation uniform hoodies for just $29.99 today (50% off the normal price which goes back into effect tomorrow). They come in a variety of sizes and in red blue and gold. The only thing missing from these hoodies is a communicator badge which would really complete the look.
Even though I am more of a Deep Space Nine guy and not even a fan of hoodies, I think I will still pick one of these up myself because they look great and I am a sucker for big discounts! If you order one, let us know in the comments below which color you decided to go with!
While I will admit that I was a bit skeptical about Peter Capaldi as the Doctor when I first heard the news, I am really loving him! I am also loving the cool new spinning clock and gears title sequence or opening credits or whatever you want to call them. Speaking of that beautiful fan inspired title sequence, now another fan has taken it and used to to paint some really amazing high hell shoes which can be yours!
It looks like these shoes take 2-4 weeks to make and depending on where you live, shipping may take a while so if you want to get these for somebody as a Christmas present or just want them for yourself to enjoy the Doctor Who Christmas special, I would get these ordered now since it is already October!
I am sure many of you have been wondering why nothing new has been posted on Fanboy Fashion in a couple of weeks and if I have abandoned the site? Well, I haven’t abandoned it but since life likes to get in the way of things, I had to put it on the back burner for a couple of weeks.
Between trips across the country, multiple out of town concerts and finding out my dog had cancer (he died Saturday morning), the last couple weeks of my life have been a rollercoaster.
But, that is all behind me now so I should be able to start posting things regularly again.
Thanks for sticking with me and all of the support you guys have shown!
One of the bad parts of working in a junkyard is that my shoes don’t tend to stay nice for very long. So while I may not skimp on my shoes when it comes to comfort, I don’t bother going for really cool looking shoes because they will end up dirty and greasy after a day or two. However, I still greatly admire really well done hand-painted shoes. Speaking of amazing hand-painted shoes, I think perhaps my favorite shoe artist is probably Bobs Made. In the past, I have posted a couple pairs of their shoes including some Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker shoes and some electrifying Pikachu shoes. Today, I found some beautiful Legend of Zelda Link shoes from them I thought you guys would love.
These amazing hand-painted Legend of Zelda Link shoes from Bobs Made were made for the boyfriend of a girl named Kristina. They were made with a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor All-Stars (apparently the canvas on these shoes is perfect for painting because they seem to be the preferred shoe by shoes artists), LUCAS acrylic paints, and Faber Castell waterproof pens.
These are truly some stunning shoes and perhaps the best looking Zelda shoes I have seen!
