Beautiful Diablo III Demon Hunter Cosplay

Despite rumors to the contrary, Fanboy Fashion is not dead!  I simply haven’t had the time for it lately like I used to although I think that is about to change.  Anyway, when I saw this great Diablo III Demon Hunter cosplay, I knew I had to share it with you!  In the past, I have posted a couple of great Demon Hunter cosplays (like this one and this one), but the cosplay below is my favorite so far.  Not only does the cosplay look great, but I am really loving the photography too!

I spotted this fantastic Diablo III female Demon Hunter cosplay on the official Diablo III Facebook page yesterday.  The cosplayer in these pictures is FreiaRaven and the photographer that took these beautiful shots is Photographer Eva.  I’m impressed with how great these photos are!  I especially appreciate the great lighting and church setting.

Fantastic Doctor Who TARDIS Cosplay

It has been way too long since I have posted something here on Fanboy Fashion!  Hopefully now that the holidays are over and things are calming down a bit, I can start posting regularly again.  With a little luck, this amazing TARDIS cosplay will be the the beginning of things getting back to normal.

In the past, I have shared some rather unique TARDIS cosplay and I would probably put the incredible TARDIS cosplay below in that same category.

Quinn of Hearts is the talented cosplayer behind this amazing TARDIS cosplay that has a Victorian flare and provides a great view of the inside of the TARDIS!  The also great photography was taken by Claire Sheldon Photography.

Terrifying Batman Arkham Knight Scarecrow Cosplay

In the past, I have posted some pretty scary cosplay like the Diablo cosplay from a couple of years ago and the Silent Hill Nurse cosplay last year, but as scary as those were, I don’t think they can quite compare to this nightmare inducing Batman Arkham Knight Scarecrow cosplay.

While I am not sure who the actual cosplayer is under this mask, the mask itself was created by Matt Sprunger at Stage 1 Studios in Winter Park, FL with help from LuAndra Whitehurst and Robert Tuscani.  The photography was done by the obviously talented Rich Johnson.

If you happen to know who the cosplayer is under the mask, please let us know in the comments below so we can give them the credit they deserve.

Amazing Diablo Demon Hunter Cosplay

Once in a great while, I get the urge to play a little Diablo III and I recently had one of those urges hit me so a couple of weeks ago I finished yet another play through of Diablo III.  It seems to get easier every time I play it but it is still a lot of fun and a good story.  Well, speaking of Diablo III, I would say that judging by this amazing Demon Hunter cosplay, I am not the only one who still enjoys the game.

This stunning Diablo inspired female Demon Hunter cosplay pictured below was created by Tessa Kristine Cosplay.  Perhaps the most amazing thing is that this is only her second cosplay!  With as good as this looks, I would think that she is a veteran of the cosplay world.

Speaking of Demon Hunter cosplay, if you like this, you should check out the previous female Demon Hunter cosplay I posted about.  And if that still isn’t enough for you, do a search for Diablo cosplay on the right to see all of the amazing Diablo cosplay I have posted about in the past.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Athena Cosplay

Although I have never got around to finishing any of the Borderlands games, from the time I have spent at least with the first one, I think they are quite good.  Perhaps if my schedule will allow, I will get around to finishing the first game so that when the pre-sequel comes out in October, I can play it before going into the sequel since that seems to be the most logical order to play them in.  Until then, some great Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel cosplay should wet the appetite for the upcoming game!

The stunning and very detailed Athena cosplay from Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel was done by the cosplayer It’s Raining Neon.  Apparently she is also responsible for her own photography here which is even more impressive!  I’m not sure how long this stunning cosplay took to make but it was definitely worth every second of effort!

Speaking of Borderlands cosplay, if you like this, you should definitely check out the Borderlands cel shaded jeans that I posted last week because they will blow you away!

What are you most looking forward to about the new game?  Let us know in the comments below!

Ganon, Kratos make for great Rule 63 Cosplay

For as much as I enjoy going to various cons to check out the cool panels and meet the celebrities whose work I enjoy, my favorite part is easily the cosplay.  It is always a thrill to be walking through the convention halls and pass people dressed as Super Mario, the Doctor, Darth Vader, even a few TARDIS’.  Well, speaking of some amazing cosplay which I wish I had seen in person, I found some cool pictures of some amazing Rule 63 Kratos and Ganon cosplay.

These pictures take by Mike Kowalek feature some of if not the best female Ganon (from the Legend of Zelda franchise) and Kratos (from the God of War games) cosplay I have ever seen.  The beautiful woman cosplaying as Ganon is Ely Renae and the equally beautiful woman cosplaying as Kratos is Emma Lu.  Apparently these lovely ladies were spotted recently at Otakon in Baltimore.

I don’t know how much time and effort was put into these costumes but it was absolutely worth it as they are both stunning!

Cel Shaded Jeans Will Drive Any Borderlands Players Crazy!

I will admit that I never got around to finishing the first Borderlands game much less the second one.  I enjoyed the time I spent with the game, I just never went back to it for some reason although after seeing these jeans, I might have to go back and play it this weekend.

I’ve always been a fan of women in some nice fitting jeans but one cosplayer has taken that idea to the next level and painted some cel shaded jeans for some Borderlands cosplay she is working on.

Cosplayer Kirameku has been working on some Borderlands inspired Nisha the Lawbringer cosplay and she has uploaded some pictures of her progress showing the jeans she has been working on.  Using a mixture of Textilcolor and water, she has done an absolutely stunning job of recreating the cel shading style of graphics from the Borderlands games.  I don’t know how much time she has spent getting it to look that good with that level of detail and shadowing and such but it was time well spent because it looks amazing!

If these is just the pants, I can’t wait to see what the rest of this Nisha the Lawbringer cosplay looks like!

Great Pokémon Officer Jenny Cosplay

One of the things I always thought was a bit silly when I used to watch the Pokemon cartoons (back before they introduced a ton of new Pokemon I just couldn’t bring myself to care about) was that every city had a Nurse Joy and an Officer Jenny.  It seemed like kind of an odd element in the show but still cool to see the same characters everywhere.  However, I’m guessing most people weren’t as intrigued by the idea as I was because I don’t think I have seen cosplay of either of them until today.

Cosplayer Siren’s Belle is the beautiful girl sporting this great Officer Jenny cosplay. I think she does a great job bringing the cartoon character to life although I can’t help but think that it would be better if she had Officer Jenny’s Growlithe with her.  Seeing one without the other just feels a little odd but since Growlithe isn’t real, I guess its not a big deal.  Also, the photography is pretty good which was done by Beethy.

Now I really feel the urge to go watch the old Pokemon cartoon.  Off to Netflix I go!

This Lady Ghostbuster Cosplayer Ain’t Afraid of No Ghosts

Maybe its just me but it feels like with every day that goes by, I lose a little more hope of seeing another Ghostbusters movie get made.  I know it has been in the works for a while but with Bill Murray not being interested in being in it and the death of Harold Ramis a couple of months ago, I am losing hope.  However, even if we don’t see another movie, there are always the old movies and cartoons to watch as well as video games to play.  Not only that, but here is some great female Ghostbuster cosplay to enjoy!

Cosplayer Maeghan Eyre teamed up with Ghostbusters News to do a little cosplay photoshoot in a library with photographer Jason Fitzsimmons.  Both the cosplay and the photography turned out great!

Not only is the costume good, but the proton pack and other equipment looks great!  I’m also kind of curious to know who she got to sign the proton pack.  To see more pictures, hit up the source link below.

Great Pokemon Misty Cosplay

It has been a long time since I have watched the Pokemon cartoon, but I used to love coming home from school as a kid and watching it in the afternoons.  I already loved playing the games before I got into the cartoon but the cartoon was pretty good as well.  However, over time I just stopped watching it for the same reason I stopped playing the games (until the latest X/Y release) and that was because I didn’t care for all of the new Pokemon.  I guess I just have a bit of an connection with the original set of Pokemon and adding more beyond that never really set right with me.  Well, speaking of the original Pokemon and characters, I stumbled across some awesome Misty cosplay that I thought you guys would like!

Ryuu Lavitz Cosplay is the fantastic cosplayer sporting this adorable Misty cosplay that even features her beloved Pokemon Staryu.  The photographer for these awesome pictures was Jim Brady.

Both the Misty cosplay and the Staryu look great in my opinion.  She actually looks a lot like a girl I know except her skin is a little lighter, her legs aren’t as long and I’m pretty sure that hair is a wig.  Otherwise, they would look identical.
