For all of the Doctor Who fans with a love for high heels, I think I may have found the heels you have been looking for!  Nothing says I love Doctor Who quite like a pair of exploding TARDIS heels!

In the past, I have posted a ton of awesome and super geeky heels ranging from some swarovski crystal encrusted Batman heels to some amazing Super Mario Bros high heeled shoes but I think these Doctor Who inspired exploding TARDIS shoes might be my all time favorite.

These custom glittery exploding TARDIS high heels come from the clearly awesome Made By Bunny.  Rather than selling these shoes, she does custom decorations on shoes you already own.  To make sure you already have the style and size of shoe you like, you send her shoes you already own and then she will make custom designs like this amazing pair of TARDIS heels for you.  I don’t know about other designs but at least in this case, having heels custom done like these TARDIS heels with glitter and rhinestones will cost you $150 (which seems reasonable considering how awesome these appear to have turned out).

That sounds like a much better idea to me than just buying shoes and hoping they fit right because I can’t even recall how many pairs of shoes I have tried on that should have fit fine based on the size but didn’t fit quite right or just didn’t feel good.

Maybe its just a guy thing but I don’t think I will ever understand why women like wearing wedge shoes or high heel shoes.  They just look ridiculously uncomfortable and frankly, I find it to be a bit deceptive.  They make you look taller than you really are and your butt look better than it really is and I find that to be a bit deceitful.  Maybe I’m the only guy that feels that way but I like women who are comfortable with who they are and not who they wish they were.  Anyway, enough of my rant.

If you are the wedge shoe wearing type and a big Star Wars fan, I think I have found the shoes for you!

Etsy seller DeckoFab is selling these one-of-a-kind Star Wars themed wedge shoes for just $115!  Apparently they also take custom orders as well that are decoupaged using your favorite comics, magazines, pictures or fabric.

I wish there were tennis shoes that looked like this because I would be all over them!  To each their own I suppose.

It is rather unfortunate that the styles of shoes I tend to buy from my favorite shoe manufacturer (New Balance) don’t lend themselves to being painted or really customized in any way.  I appreciate that the mesh they use allows my foot to breath but you can’t really customize it and it lets liquid through like its not even there which can be very annoying.  However, for those that like to customize their shoes, there seems to be no better shoe to do that than with some Chuck Taylor All Stars by Converse.

In the past, I have posted some pretty cool hand-painted Doctor Who shoes like the amazing 10th and 11th Doctor sneakers and the TARDIS chucks however, I think the Doctor Who shoes below might be my favorite pair of Doctor Who shoes.

Etsy seller SatansSlippers is selling these hand-painted Doctor Who sneakers featuring the TARDIS and a Dalek for just $64.45.  That is half the price of my shoes and my shoes aren’t even this cool!

Although these are the standard shoes they make, if you want other Doctor Who icons painted on there, they will do them by request so if you want a Weeping Angel and K-9 instead of a TARDIS and Dalek, make sure to let them know when you order!

Having no artistic skills at all, I buy shoes that I can’t really decorate since I wouldn’t know what to do with them if I did and they would like like crap if I even tried to paint or draw something on them.  However, there are some people out there that like to buy shoes that can be easily customized because unlike me, they have the artistic skill required to draw something other than the worlds ugliest stick figures.  In this particular case, one of those people also happens to be a Doctor Who fan.

Any Doctor Who fan is sure to appreciate these hand painted VANS sneakers made to look like the TARDIS and a Dalek.  Unfortunately, I don’t know who painted these awesome shoes to give them credit so if you know who did this to these shoes, please let us know in the comments below so they can get the credit they deserve!

Speaking of hand painted Doctor Who shoes, if you love the ones below, I suggest you also check out the 10th and 11th Doctor shoes I posted a while back as well as the black and white Doctor Who shoes that I think might be my all time favorites.

It was only a couple of years ago that I was introduced to the awesome style of steampunk and now I get excited when I see anything in the style of steampunk.  Even though I’m not a big heels person (I am guy after all and they just look really uncomfortable to wear), I have to admit that these steampunk heels that light up with LEDs might just be some of the coolest heels I have ever seen!

These awesome steampunk heels were created by former Etsy seller HotAirBalloonRide (apparently they have since closed up their Etsy store).  Not only do they have an awesome steampunk look to them, they feature blue and red LED lights.

Normally I am not a huge fan of LEDs in shoes (I was rather happy when that fashion trend among kids in the 90s died), but these are pretty cool and I feel like they really add something to the heels.

Let me know what you think of these steampunk heels in the comments below!

Whenever I am at home, I am wearing my slippers.  Unlike when I was a kid and had slippers that looked like huskies and other things, they are nothing fancy other than a pair of leather slippers with wool on the inside which has largely worn away.  Well, if you are a Star Wars fan and are in need of some slippers like I am (actually I have one pair left like the ones I have now before I need a new one but they only last me about a year), then I have found the slippers for you!

The awesome folks over at 80sTees are selling these Wookierific adult Chewbacca slippers for just $25.  They are available in small and large depending on your shoe size (they have a size chart to tell you) and according to one of the reviews, they are very comfortable.

If you are a big Chewbacca fan or know somebody who is that you are having trouble finding a Christmas present for, I suggest you order these awesome Chewbacca slippers!

If you are a Super Mario Bros fan, there is virtually no chance that you wont like these amazing Super Mario Bros shoes.  Even if you aren’t a Super Mario Bros fan, I suspect you will still love these amazing shoes!

While I don’t know who made these fantastic Super Mario Bros heels (if you know, please let us know in the comments below so that we can give them the credit they deserve!), I think it is pretty safe to say that they did an amazing job in painting up these Mario inspired shoes!  Being a guy, I am not one for buying all kinds of shoes that I don’t need and will rarely ever wear, but part of me would love to have these shoes!

I’ve seen and blogged many custom pairs of shoes that look amazing, but there is just something about this pair of Pikachu shoes that seems special.  I think it would even be appropriate to call them electrifying!

Like many Pokemon fans, I am a huge Pikachu fan so I would be lying if I said I didn’t want  a pair of these awesome Pikachu sneakers.  However, I have more shoes than I can wear right now so I don’t think I will be ordering these just yet.  However, for those that can’t live without these awesome Pikachu shoes, you can order a pair of custom Pikachu sneakers from BOBSMADE for $163.

Not too long ago, I posted some awesome hand-painted Star Wars themed TOMS shoes that were absolutely amazing.  However, you happen to be a rather odd person and only like Boba Fett but hate the rest of Star Wars, then I have the TOMS shoes for you!

Etsy seller GeekyFootware is the person behind these awesome hand-painted Boba Fett shoes.  For those that are interested in them, you can buy a pair for $80.

As amazing as these Boba Fett TOMS shoes are, if I was to wear women’s shoes, I would probably go for the R2-D2 TOMS shoes that I posted over on my Global Geek News blog a while back.  To each their own I suppose.

I’ve seen some pretty impressive custom Star Wars shoes in the past, but I don’t think any of them really compare to these fantastic Star Wars TOMS shoes.  Its hard not to love these awesome shoes and they include all of your favorite Star Wars characters from Han Solo to Darth Vader.

If you love these amazing amazing custom Star Wars TOMS shoes and have a good chunk of money burning a hole in your pocket, Etsy seller eastbaycalifornia is selling this pair or Star Wars TOMS shoes for $250.
