Due to some back issues, I have always been a bit afraid to try Yoga as some of those moves (and by that I mean most of them) look like they would be pure torture for me. However, even though I’m skeptical as to whether or not Yoga would be a good thing for me to try, I know there are a lot of people that do Yoga, especially women and for those women who also happen to love Star Wars, I have found the droid Yoga pants you have been looking for!
The awesome folks over at ThinkGeek are selling these awesome ladies R2-D2 Yoga pants for $39.99. But wait! Before you buy a pair, make sure to use the coupon code ‘DOTHEMATH’ which will score you 30% off! That code is good through 8/10/14 so that should give you plenty of time to pick up these pants at a substantial discount.
There is also a size chart on the product’s page if you aren’t quite sure which size you need. Whatever size that is, this is definitely the pair of droid pants you are looking for!
Now I am curious, do any of you do Yoga (or one of the many variations)? If so, let me know in the comments below! I am curious to know which style people prefer and how it has helped them.
To be honest, I have never really cared much for corsets on women. I know a lot of guys like them because it make the boobs jump out and say “Howdy!” but I just can’t get over how uncomfortable they look and what they do to your insides. To give you an idea of what I mean, check out the x-rays of women wearing corsets that I came across on Monday. I have a feeling those pictures may turn some of you off to them now too but for those that still love them and have a love for Star Wars, I have found the droid corset you are looking for!
Etsy seller pendragoncostumes is selling this nerdy R2-D2 corset for $195. They come in sizes 0-20 and take 6-8 weeks to make so keep that in mind in case you are thinking about ordering one for your next sci-fi convention.
Even though I am not a corset loving kind of guy, I admit I still think this design is pretty cool! That said, the price feels high to me. I’ve never looked at prices for corsets before since I have no desire to wear one (although it might make me the first guy ever to do so) but that feels like a lot for something that covers less of the body than my $10 t-shirt does. I know that is comparing apples to oranges but I think it gets my point across. Is that a high price? How much do you usually spend on corsets? I am very curious to know so let me know in the comments below!
It never ceases to amaze me how often I find somebody I have geeky passion in common with simply because of whatever geeky t-shirt I am wearing at the time. I find that geeky clothing items whether it is a shirt or hat or whatever, seems to be the perfect conversation starter. Well, if you are looking to start up a conversation with random Star Wars fans, I have found the droids you are looking for!
What better way to spend a day is there than sitting around the house having a marathon of all of the Star Wars movies? Well, one way to make it better would be to wear an R2-D2 robe at the same time! It might just make you feel like the Hugh Hefner of the Star Wars universe!

For the Star Wars loving women out there, I have found the perfect Star Wars purse for you! Its posts like this that kind of make me wish it was more socially acceptable for guys to carry purses.
The awesome people over at SuperHeroStuff are selling this awesome Star Wars color collage purse for $59.99. The purse doesn’t really look like it would be that big, but it measures 19″ x 6″ x 11″. It also has one outer and three inner pockets. So, if you want a stylish way to carry around your stuff and you have a love for Star Wars, than this might just be the purse for you!
Some people aren’t huge fans of wearing slippers, but I love them. I always wear them around the house and sometimes I even wear them if I am too lazy to put on my normal shoes when I run out to grab dinner. There is a lot to be said for the comfort of slippers!
Well, if you are also a lover of slippers and a big Star Wars fan, I have found the R2-D2 slippers for you!
Etsy seller EnchantedCraft is selling these awesome hand-knitted R2-D2 slippers for just $30! This particular pair of slippers will fit a foot that is 7 1/2 inches long (un-stretched) to 10 inches long (stretched) which is basically a woman’s foot although men’s sizes can be made on request. Sounds like I might be getting a new pair of slippers soon (especially since my current pair is pretty much shot)!

The more I watch various food related shows in tv, the more I want to start cooking. However, before I start trying to cook random recipes, I should probably get me a geeky cooking apron. Well, it seems I am in luck because Etsy seller HauteMessThreads has a couple of awesome custom Star Wars themed cooking aprons that are pretty great. Depending on your preference, the R2-D2 cooking apron will set you back $70 while the Darth Vader cooking apron costs only $55. I’d probably go with the Darth Vader one so I can wear my Darth Vader helmet while cooking and not look goofy.
