This Incredible Medieval Joker Armor Will Give You Nightmares

Having grown up playing games like Age of Empires, I’ve always thought medieval armor can be pretty cool although I never thought that it could also be really creepy.  Well, when the Batman universe collides with medieval armor, it can make for one heck of a scary looking Joker!  I am seriously worried that I may have this show up in my dreams tonight and that is not something I look forward to.

This stunning (and creepy) medieval Joker armor was created by Prince Armory.  This leather Joker armor is functional and consists of a jester’s helmet with Joker mask, breastplate, drama face pauldrons, jester’s war skirt, cuisses/knees/greaves, and articulated jester shoe sabatons.  All of it appears to be very well done!  I wonder how much time went into this incredible Joker armor because it obviously required a lot of it to get this level of quality and detail.

Even if it is just leather, if I met somebody looking like this on the battlefield, you can bet I would be running the other direction!

Incredible Iron Man Suits Made Out of Cardboard and Foam [pics]

Most cosplayers have certain materials that they like to work with but I can’t recall seeing any cosplay made entirely out of cardboard or entirely out of foam.  Well, apparently those are the materials of choice for one Iron Man loving Reddit user.  At the risk of turning into a giant paper cut, they like to make Iron Man suits out of pure cardboard!

Reddit user royal_dump is the Iron Man fanatic with some serious cardboard cutting skills that made these amazing suits out of cardboard.  Apparently they each require 1-2 weeks to make which really doesn’t seem like much time considering the number of pieces and the effort needed to make something that looks this good.  They are also really skilled with foam too as the last picture is of a foam Iron Man suit.

All hail royal_dump, king of cardboard!

Elegant Iron Man Dress [pic]

It seems everybody is wanting to get into the Iron Man lookalike game these days including R2-D2.  However, while most cosplayers seem to want to replicate the Iron Man armor down to the smallest detail, Evil Brainmate decided to go in another direction and make this awesome Iron Man dress!

Apparently this dress was worn at the Denver Comic Con this past weekend (being the idiot I am, I decided not to go when Wil Wheaton dropped out) and I suspect it turned a few heads.  I’d say the dress turned out pretty well, and for those wondering, yes, the arc reactor does light up!

Stunning Skyrim Daedric Armor Cosplay [pic]

Everybody seems to want to sport some Skyrim Dovahkiin cosplay these days, but one person dared to be different and ended up with a costume that blows every Dovahkiin costume I have ever seen right out of the water.  This Skyrim Daedric armor cosplay is absolutely amazing.  I’m not even sure how else I can describe it besides completely badass.  This Daedric armor cosplay seems like something I would spot in my craziest of nightmares and I would definitely never want to mess with him!
