As a kid, I remember one of the things that many cartoons would use in their stories is to tie up the some innocent victim or occasionally the good guy and then lay them on some train tracks in hopes that they will get run over by the train.  The tables seem to have turned in this awesome cosplay with Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy being tied up and sitting on some railroad tracks.  Perhaps they are waiting for the Joker to come and save them?  Actually, it looks like they could easily save themselves if they wanted to.  Helpless or not, this Batman inspired cosplay is awesome!
