Incredible Deadpool Eye Makeup

With the Deadpool movie coming out this month, I thought it was only appropriate to post this absolutely amazing Deadpool eye makeup art when I saw it.  I have to admit that unlike most comic book characters like Batman, Superman, Thor, Spider-man, ect, I know absolutely nothing about Deadpool.  Deadpool has never had the cultural impact that some of the bigger names have had so I’ve never had much interest into looking into the character but now that the movie is coming out and after seeing this stunning Deadpool eye art, I think I’m going to have to make time to catch myself up and find out just what all the fuss is about.  Anyway, lets talk about this Deadpool makeup art rather than my comic book ignorance.

This incredibly detailed Deadpool eye makeup art was created by Tal Peleg.  She is obviously incredibly talented when it comes to doing beautiful things with makeup and if you want to see more of her amazing work, I HIGHLY suggest checking out her Instagram account.

If you’d like to see some of the other amazing eye makeup we have posted in the past, I suggest checking out the Spider-Man eye makeup I’ve posted or the Riddler eye makeup from a couple of years ago.

Terrifying Batman Arkham Knight Scarecrow Cosplay

In the past, I have posted some pretty scary cosplay like the Diablo cosplay from a couple of years ago and the Silent Hill Nurse cosplay last year, but as scary as those were, I don’t think they can quite compare to this nightmare inducing Batman Arkham Knight Scarecrow cosplay.

While I am not sure who the actual cosplayer is under this mask, the mask itself was created by Matt Sprunger at Stage 1 Studios in Winter Park, FL with help from LuAndra Whitehurst and Robert Tuscani.  The photography was done by the obviously talented Rich Johnson.

If you happen to know who the cosplayer is under the mask, please let us know in the comments below so we can give them the credit they deserve.

This Spider-Man Fingernail Art Will Tingle Your Spidey Sense!

It never ceases to amaze me just what works of art can be accomplished on the tiny canvas that is a person’s fingernails.  Whether it is the exploding TARDIS fingernail art I posted in the past or the Legend of Zelda nail art I have also posted, I am always blown away by the amount of detail that some people put into painting their nails.  Well, speaking of amazing fingernail art, I just stumbled upon some great Spider-Man fingernail art that I’m sure you guys will enjoy just as much as I did!

This awesome Spider-Man manicure was created by Starfish on the Beach.  While all of the nails are impressive, I think I like the one on the middle finger the best with the Spider-Man logo showing from underneath a jacket or something that is being unzipped.  Trying to get that tiny detail on that zipper couldn’t have been easy!

Batman and Harley Quinn Themed Custom Engagement Ring

It never ceases to amaze me just how romantic some geeks can be and the lengths they will go to when they propose to that special someone in their life.  I’ve seen elaborate proposals and some pretty cool rings and this definitely qualifies as a pretty sweet engagement ring!  In the past, I have featured a cool Portal Companion Cube engagement ring and an absolutely stunning Legend of Zelda engagement ring but when it comes to simple, classy and elegant, this Batman and Harley Quinn ring is perhaps my favorite.

This awesome Batman and Harley Quinn ring was designed by Daniel Maffett for his fiancée and made by Tom Sayers of Sayers Jewelers.  The design is very well done in my opinion and I love the end result!

Here is what Daniel had to say about the ring and his proposal.

“My goal going into this design was to create a ring that was traditionally elegant and sleek but represented my fiancé and I. Comic books are a big part of us and her favorite is obviously Batman and her favorite character is Harley Quinn,” says Daniel. Delivering the ring was the couple’s dog who proudly carried it in a sack of coal to Daniel’s fiancé.

Congrats to Daniel and his bride to be!

This Incredible Medieval Joker Armor Will Give You Nightmares

Having grown up playing games like Age of Empires, I’ve always thought medieval armor can be pretty cool although I never thought that it could also be really creepy.  Well, when the Batman universe collides with medieval armor, it can make for one heck of a scary looking Joker!  I am seriously worried that I may have this show up in my dreams tonight and that is not something I look forward to.

This stunning (and creepy) medieval Joker armor was created by Prince Armory.  This leather Joker armor is functional and consists of a jester’s helmet with Joker mask, breastplate, drama face pauldrons, jester’s war skirt, cuisses/knees/greaves, and articulated jester shoe sabatons.  All of it appears to be very well done!  I wonder how much time went into this incredible Joker armor because it obviously required a lot of it to get this level of quality and detail.

Even if it is just leather, if I met somebody looking like this on the battlefield, you can bet I would be running the other direction!

Iron Man 3 Deluxe Hero Tony Stark Light-Up LED Shirt Is Really Cool!

I can’t say I have ever been one for wearing shirts that are battery operated operated just because they really don’t sound like they would be very comfortable and I would be worried about the wash machine taking a real toll on them and breaking them not long after I buy them but as far as battery operated shirts goes, this Iron Man 3 shirt is probably the coolest I have ever seen!

The awesome folks over at ThinkGeek are selling this officially licensed Iron Man 3 delux hero Tony Stark light-up LED shirt for just $34.99!  To power up the cool looking Arc Reactor, you will need 3 AAA batteries (not included) but that seems like a small price to pay to look this cool.

I should note there are special washing instructions that you need to pay attention to.  The product description tells what you need to do to remove the electronic components before you can throw it into a machine to wash and if you want to make sure the light keeps working, I would probably listen to it.

This Batman Sleeve Tattoo is Amazing!

Although I don’t see myself ever getting a tattoo, I am now a huge fan of well done tattoos even though I found them repulsive for most of my life.  Speaking of well done tattoos, I think I have found a rather incredible Batman tattoo you guys are going to love.

At the end of last year, I posted an incredible tattoo of Batman punching the Joker on one guys side.  Well, I have come across another incredible and extremely detailed Batman tattoo but this one is in the form of a sleeve tattoo rather than on somebody’s side.

I’m not sure who this lucky fellow is that got this amazing work of Batman comic book art tattooed on his arm but this was inked by Ian at Ian Ink Tattoo.  I’d say Ian is one heck of a talented tattoo artist!

The coloring and detail is amazing!  I can’t even imagine how long it took to make this sleeve but it was definitely worth it.

Awesome Swarovski Crystal Encrusted Batman Heels

If the pictures I have seen are any indication, I suspect all of the Fanboy Fashion readers have descended on the San Diego Comic Con even this weekend so I am not even sure I should bother with this post since I doubt anybody will see it but since I am stuck at home since I couldn’t afford to go to SDCC this year, I might as well and just hope that people pass this post around the show floor and maybe I can get a few new readers.

Speaking of things you might see around the San Diego Comic Con, I wouldn’t be surprised at all if you spotted some lady walking around in awesome Batman heels like these.

Etsy seller WickedAddiction is selling these incredible Swarovski crystal encrusted Batman Heels for $175.  This pair of Batman high heels are hand painted and covered with more than 2000 Swarovski crystals.  The price may seem a little steep but when you think about the time and effort involved in the painting and placing of more than 2000 crystals, this almost feels like a bargain.

Too bad they don’t have shoes like these for guys because I have always wanted a pair of Batman shoes that say “BIFF!” and “KAPOW!”

Iron Man Cast Turns a Broken Wrist Into a Good Thing

I consider myself lucky to have gone the first 26 years of my life without breaking any bones.  Especially as a kid, it seemed like all of my friends broke something at one point or another whether it was an arm, leg or something as small as a finger.  I guess that was kind of the downside of the full contact basketball we used to play which pretty much had all the violence of hockey.

Well, speaking of broken bones, Reddit user Brettman3 got bored of the plain old white cast he was sporting after breaking his wrist so he decided to color it to make it look like Iron Man’s suit.

I think it turned out pretty cool and this is definitely what I would consider taking lemons and turning them into lemonade.  However, if he really wanted to make this super cool, I think a cluster of LEDs in his palm would make this the coolest cast ever!

Have you ever broken a bone and done something cool with the cast like this?  If so, I want to hear your tale in the comments below and feel free to share pictures if you have them!
