There are some guys that like to paint their fingernails but I’m not one of them. From guys like that who I have talked to, most do it because it gets the attention of women and it makes for a decent ice breaker but I guess I’m just not that desperate. If I can’t get a girl without painting up my fingernails, she is not worth getting!
However, if I ever decided to paint my nails, I can’t think of anything better than to make them look like the classic video game, Duck Hunt.
Makeup and nail artist Katie Satow has a show on the Geek & Sundry YouTube channel which airs every other Thursday and in the episode below, she shows how to make these incredible Duck Hunt nails. Any woman that decides to follow this how-to video and sport some awesome Duck Hunt fingernail art is pretty much guaranteed to have my heart.

While I am aware that women go through all kinds of trouble to make their fingernails all colorful and pretty, I can’t say I have ever cared much about the looks of their fingernails. As far as I am concerned, I don’t really care what they look like as long as they are not really long (if they are long enough you are typing with your nails rather than your fingers on a keyboard, they are way too long). However, I do have an appreciation for those that go through the effort to paint something cool on their nails rather than just a solid color.
In this particular case, Tumblr user domulka painted up their fingernails in a way that any Doctor Who fan couldn’t help but love them! The nails are painted with various iconic things from Doctor Who including the 10th Doctor’s suit, a Dalek, the TARDIS the British flag and even the 11th Doctor’s fez. I think they all turned out fantastic!
It is a pretty small canvas, but it seems like there are a lot of people (especially women) that like to express their artistic side with some really cool fingernail paint jobs. In the past, I have posted some pretty neat looking Harley Quinn fingernail art on here, but for those that have more of a love for computers than Batman, I have a feeling you will love this cool circuit board fingernail art.
The Tumblr blog Nail Pop created this fantastic circuit board fingernail art and I would say it turned out great! Just looking at this has inspired me to get my inner computer hardware geek on and do some upgrading to my desktop. Now if only somebody would fund the hardware upgrades (I really just need some more RAM), I would be in good shape!
