Stunning Doctor Who Clock and Gears Title Sequence High Heel Shoes

While I will admit that I was a bit skeptical about Peter Capaldi as the Doctor when I first heard the news, I am really loving him!  I am also loving the cool new spinning clock and gears title sequence or opening credits or whatever you want to call them.  Speaking of that beautiful fan inspired title sequence, now another fan has taken it and used to to paint some really amazing high hell shoes which can be yours!

UK based Etsy seller arteclair is selling these fantastic hand painted Doctor Who clock and gears title sequence high heels featuring the TARDIS for just $138.03!  The shoes are custom made so you can choose the style and size and they are painted with acrylic and covered in varnish to protect the paint.  They should be waterproof but who would really want to get something this cool wet anyway?

It looks like these shoes take 2-4 weeks to make and depending on where you live, shipping may take a while so if you want to get these for somebody as a Christmas present or just want them for yourself to enjoy the Doctor Who Christmas special, I would get these ordered now since it is already October!

Amazing Exploding TARDIS Heels

For all of the Doctor Who fans with a love for high heels, I think I may have found the heels you have been looking for!  Nothing says I love Doctor Who quite like a pair of exploding TARDIS heels!

In the past, I have posted a ton of awesome and super geeky heels ranging from some swarovski crystal encrusted Batman heels to some amazing Super Mario Bros high heeled shoes but I think these Doctor Who inspired exploding TARDIS shoes might be my all time favorite.

These custom glittery exploding TARDIS high heels come from the clearly awesome Made By Bunny.  Rather than selling these shoes, she does custom decorations on shoes you already own.  To make sure you already have the style and size of shoe you like, you send her shoes you already own and then she will make custom designs like this amazing pair of TARDIS heels for you.  I don’t know about other designs but at least in this case, having heels custom done like these TARDIS heels with glitter and rhinestones will cost you $150 (which seems reasonable considering how awesome these appear to have turned out).

That sounds like a much better idea to me than just buying shoes and hoping they fit right because I can’t even recall how many pairs of shoes I have tried on that should have fit fine based on the size but didn’t fit quite right or just didn’t feel good.

Awesome Swarovski Crystal Encrusted Batman Heels

If the pictures I have seen are any indication, I suspect all of the Fanboy Fashion readers have descended on the San Diego Comic Con even this weekend so I am not even sure I should bother with this post since I doubt anybody will see it but since I am stuck at home since I couldn’t afford to go to SDCC this year, I might as well and just hope that people pass this post around the show floor and maybe I can get a few new readers.

Speaking of things you might see around the San Diego Comic Con, I wouldn’t be surprised at all if you spotted some lady walking around in awesome Batman heels like these.

Etsy seller WickedAddiction is selling these incredible Swarovski crystal encrusted Batman Heels for $175.  This pair of Batman high heels are hand painted and covered with more than 2000 Swarovski crystals.  The price may seem a little steep but when you think about the time and effort involved in the painting and placing of more than 2000 crystals, this almost feels like a bargain.

Too bad they don’t have shoes like these for guys because I have always wanted a pair of Batman shoes that say “BIFF!” and “KAPOW!”

These Amazing Steampunk Heels Even Light Up with LEDs [pics]

It was only a couple of years ago that I was introduced to the awesome style of steampunk and now I get excited when I see anything in the style of steampunk.  Even though I’m not a big heels person (I am guy after all and they just look really uncomfortable to wear), I have to admit that these steampunk heels that light up with LEDs might just be some of the coolest heels I have ever seen!

These awesome steampunk heels were created by former Etsy seller HotAirBalloonRide (apparently they have since closed up their Etsy store).  Not only do they have an awesome steampunk look to them, they feature blue and red LED lights.

Normally I am not a huge fan of LEDs in shoes (I was rather happy when that fashion trend among kids in the 90s died), but these are pretty cool and I feel like they really add something to the heels.

Let me know what you think of these steampunk heels in the comments below!

Hand-Painted Zelda High Heel Shoes [pic]

Women keep telling me that high heel shoes can be comfortable, but I just can’t understand how when your foot is contorted in such a manner.  I can’t even wear cowboy boots with a one inch heel because they make me walk funny and hurt my feet.  Well, for those women that do like to wear high heels and have a love for the Legend of Zelda, I have found the heels for you!

Etsy seller magicbeanbuyer is selling these awesome hand-painted Legend of Zelda high heel shoes for $75.  However, I need to clarify that you aren’t getting the shoes for this price, you are just getting the Legend of Zelda paint job.  You have to send the Etsy seller your own pair of heels and then for the $75, they will give them a hand-painted Zelda look like the ones pictured below, so keep that in mind!  If you have some heels you want to do that to, go for it!

Minecraft Creeper Heels [pic]

I have to admit, I have never played Minecraft but I’ve seen some of the amazing things that people have built in the game and they are really impressive!  Well, apparently somebody loves the game so much that they decided to take a pair of green high heel shoes and turn them into Creeper heels!  I’ve never done any kind of drawing or painting or anything on my shoes but that is because I have no artistic skill at all.  Luckily, this person has at least enough to make these awesome Creeper heels!

Hand-Painted Star Wars High Heels [pic]

Just when you thought the Super Mario Bros hand-painted high heel shoes were the geekiest shoes you would ever see, now we have Star Wars hand-painted heels!  Etsy seller Jilliann Silva is selling these awesome Star Wars shoes for $275.  As much as I would love some awesome Star Wars shoes, high heels aren’t my preferred type of footwear so I think I will pass on these.  However, any women that want to get my attention, you can easily do so by wearing a pair of these.

Super Mario Bros High Heeled Shoes [pic]

I’ve never really understood why women wear high-heeled shoes considering how absolutely uncomfortable they look, but for some  it is a way to show off their love for Super Mario Bros.  These amazing Super Mario Bros painted high heels were created by Jamie Ferraioli as a personal project.  Something tells me that she could probably make a decent living if she made shoes like this to order.  I’m  not one of those creepy foot fetish kind of guys, but if I saw a woman walking my direction wearing a pair of these, I would probably be drooling all over myself.
