This Star Wars Wookie Photobomb T-Shirt is Awesome!

Even though I love seeing funny photobombed pictures like everybody else, I have never had the guts to photobomb somebody.  I’m just not comfortable with the idea of ruining the special moment somebody is trying to capture by acting like an idiot.  Whenever I see somebody trying to take a picture, I do the polite thing and move out of the way until they are done.  Maybe some day I will do it but I just don’t think that is me as I tend to adhere pretty closely to the idea of treating others how I would like to be treated.  Anyway, speaking of funny photobombs, if you are a Star Wars fan, then I suspect you will love this funny shirt of Chewbacca photobombing Darth Vader and a couple of Stormtroopers with a giant #1 Rebels foam finger like you would see at a sports event.

The nerdy folks over at 80sTees are selling this hilarious Wookie Photobomb T-Shirt for $22.  Whether you are a Chewbacca or Darth Vader fan, I have a feeling that as long as you love Star Wars and have a sense of humor, you will love this shirt!  Also, this tee is tagless for those that care about such things.

Victorian Style Darth Vader Cosplay [pics]

Perhaps it is just me but it seems like Darth Vader is some of the most overdone cosplay out there these days.  I understand why everybody wants to dress up like Darth Vader and I have even done it myself but it feels like it has become so common that it isn’t special anymore.  However, there are rare exceptions like the one below where a great deal of originality went into the Darth Vader cosplay.

A cosplayer going by the name May B. created this really cool Victorian style Darth Vader cosplay.  Apparently the style was inspired by Victorian mourning gowns.  I think the combination of Darth Vader and a Victorian mourning gown actually goes together quite well although my favorite part is definitely the mask.

However, I am not sure if this could be considered a steampunk Darth Vader.  I know the steampunk style is a Victorian style but I’m not sure if this qualifies so if anybody knows or has an opinion, please leave it in the comments below!

Darth Vader Full Body T-Shirt [pic]

Its not very often that you see a t-shirt that has a design printed over the entire shirt.  Most just have a design on the chest of the shirt and maybe something on the back of the shirt.  Well, that’s not the case with this amazing Star Wars shirt!

The awesome people over at SuperHeroStuff are selling this fantastic Star Wars t-shirt that predominately features Darth Vader for just $21.99.  That seems like a decent price for a t-shirt with a full shirt design, much less one that looks this cool!  I need another t-shirt like I need another hole in my head (I’ve already outgrown my closet) but it is taking every bit of restraint I have not to buy this shirt!

Pewter Darth Vader Earrings [pic]

I’ve posted some pretty cool earrings on here in the past including the Super Mario Bros Chain Chomp earrings and the Halo Energy Sword earrings, but this is the first time I have ever seen any cool Star Wars earrings worth posting.

Etsy seller DonaldJames77 is the creator of these awesome pewter Darth Vader earrings.  If you want to buy these earrings, you can get these awesome Darth Vader earrings for just $20.  This Etsy seller also sells a ton of other Star Wars character earrings but I figured I would just spotlight this pair for today although I would recommend checking out his other earrings as well.

R2-D2 and Darth Vader Custom Star Wars Aprons [pics]

The more I watch various food related shows in tv, the more I want to start cooking.  However, before I start trying to cook random recipes, I should probably get me a geeky cooking apron.  Well, it seems I am in luck because Etsy seller HauteMessThreads has a couple of awesome custom Star Wars themed cooking aprons that are pretty great.  Depending on your preference, the R2-D2 cooking apron will set you back $70 while the Darth Vader cooking apron costs only $55.  I’d probably go with the Darth Vader one so I can wear my Darth Vader helmet while cooking and not look goofy.

Darth Vader and Yoda Belt Buckles [pics]

Now that I have lost 30 lbs (so far), I am finding myself wearing one of my belts more often although I have never done the whole belt buckle thing that wasn’t the one that came as part of the belt.  However, after seeing these, I really want them!  Especially the Darth Vader belt buckle!  SuperHeroStuff is selling these awesome Star Wars themed belt buckles.  You can order the Darth Vader belt buckle for $29.99 or the Yoda Belt Buckle for $29.99 as well.  For $6 more, you can get a belt to go with it.  Remember, wearing these will greatly decrease your chance of getting laid (but did you really have a good chance of it anyway?).

Worst Star Wars Cosplay Ever [pic]

Some months ago, I wrote a post on my other blog, Global Geek News about what I figured had to be the worst R2-D2 and C-3PO cosplay ever.  Sadly, I have been proven wrong.  I’m not sure I can describe the picture below as any way other than redneck Star Wars.  A trash can is R2-D2?!  Seriously?!  This picture is good for a few laughs but these people won’t be winning any best costume contests in this galaxy, much less one far far away!  If you have seen worse, tell us about it in the comments below!

Darth Vader has Boobs [pic]

A lot of people are obsessed with the traditional Darth Vader character but what if he was a she?  Normal Darth Vader cospaly is pretty common and largely dominated by men but this girl has decided to buck that trend and bring cleavage to Lord Vader cosplay and lots of it!  If George Lucas had put this in the blu-ray versions of the original Star Wars trilogy that just came out, I bet nobody would have even noticed all of the other silly changes he made.  I know I would have been too distracted to care.

Black Tie Darth Vader Cosplay [pic]

Have you ever wondered what Darth Vader looks like when he has to dress up for some kind of black tie affair?  Well, thanks to the awesome cosplay picture below, now we know!  This Darth Vader who apparently likes to use his lightsaber as a cane, was spotted last week at Dragon*Con 2011.  I never knew that Lord Vader could dress up this nice.  Now, what I really want to see is this guy try and drink that champagne through the Darth Vader helmet.  That could get messy!
